Guru Gobind Singh International School Deep Singh Wala

Our school is located right on the stretch between Faridkot and Guru Har Shahey, specifically in the Deep Singh Wala area. It is a very rural setting, surrounded by fields that change color with every season. We have been serving this community for quite a while now. The building for Guru Gobind Singh International School Deep Singh Wala is quite large, with enough room for all the different grades we teach. Every morning, you can see the yellow school buses winding through the village roads to collect the kids. It’s a nice, peaceful way to start the day. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do here. We just focus on the basics like Punjabi, English, and Mathematics. The kids play out on the grounds during their recess; it’s a bit dusty, but they don't seem to mind when they are playing kabaddi or racing around. Our staff is mostly made up of people from the nearby areas who really care about the local children. We have a small office where parents can come and sit for a chat about their kids' progress. Sometimes the Punjab winters get very cold and foggy, so we have to change the school timings to keep everyone safe on the roads. We aren't trying to be the most expensive or the most modern school in the district. We just want to be a reliable place for the families around Deep Singh Wala.
