The street is a bit narrow, so parking can be a real headache some days when the delivery trucks are trying to get through. It’s a very lively neighborhood with a lot of shops and people going about their day. Our building is pretty standard for the area, nothing that stands out too much. We do all our work from here, mostly dealing with healthcare products and various medicines. It’s a local operation, nothing too fancy or corporate about it. We have a few rooms set up for storage and office work. It gets a bit crowded when a new shipment arrives and we have boxes stacked up in the hallway, but we make it work. Most of us have lived around this part of town for a long time, so we know the neighbors and the local shops well. We don't spend money on big signs or flashy lights to attract attention. We just have our name on the door and get on with the day's tasks. Every day is a bit different here. Some days we are busy packing boxes and checking labels, and other days we are just catching up on paperwork and phone calls. The ceiling fans stay on all day because it gets quite stuffy in the back rooms during the summer. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office; we just need a place to do our business.
