Vipul Confection

We are tucked away in Rama Sweet Wali Gali in Old Faridabad. The shop is Number 238C in Bhoor Colony. It is a narrow street and people are always walking by or riding cycles. We call it Vipul Confection because we sell mostly snacks, biscuits, and local sweets. It is the kind of place where kids come after school with a few coins in their hands looking for a treat. We have many glass jars filled with different treats and candies. The shop is small and the walls are covered with hanging packets of chips and snacks. It gets quite warm in the summer because the narrow street doesn't get much breeze. We know almost everyone who lives in this lane and they know us. They stop by to chat while they buy their daily supplies like bread or eggs. We have been here for several years now. The lane is usually crowded with scooters and parked cycles. We have to be careful when moving our stock in and out from the main road. It is a family business. Sometimes my wife sits at the counter while I go to get more supplies from the wholesale market. We don't have fancy displays or glass windows. We just put things where they fit on the shelves. Life in Old Faridabad is fast and noisy every day. We are used to the sound of children playing and people calling out to each other. It is a simple shop for simple needs. We just try to keep the jars full and the floor swept. That is enough for us.
