Our workshop is at Plot No. 46 in Sector-25. It’s right in the heart of the industrial belt. We do a lot of tool engineering and design work here. It’s a mix of heavy machines and some more delicate equipment for testing. The place isn't air-conditioned, so we keep the big shutters open to let the air move through. In the winter it’s cold, and in the summer it’s very hot, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We have a bunch of technicians who really know their stuff. Most of them have been with us since we first started. We don't go in for fancy presentations or big corporate meetings. We just get the drawings, set up the machines, and produce what’s needed for the order. Sometimes things go wrong, a tool breaks or a measurement is slightly off, and we have to stay late into the night to fix it. We don't mind much because that's the nature of engineering. There’s always a pot of tea on somewhere in the back. Our neighbors are also in the engineering business, so we occasionally borrow tools or scrap materials from each other. It’s a good setup. We don't have a website that we update or anything like that. People just know us by word of mouth. We keep the floor as clean as we can, but it’s a working shop.
