J. J. Engineering Welding Works

J. J. Engineering Welding Works is located over at No. 2A/1- A Bp Nit. If you walk by, you will likely see the bright flashes of the welding torches through the open door. There is always a smell of burnt metal and iron in the air around our shop. It is a small place but we manage to fit a lot of equipment and materials inside. We spend our days joining metal pieces together for various projects that come our way. The floor is covered in scraps and heavy tools most of the time. It is a hands-on job and we don't mind the mess. People from the Bp Nit area bring us all sorts of things to fix. Sometimes it is just a broken gate and other times it is something much larger for a factory. We have a couple of workbenches where the main work happens. The noise is constant but we are used to it by now. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is holding the torch at the time. It is a simple way of doing business that works for us. We have been at No. 2A/1- A for years and the neighborhood has changed a lot. Still, we keep doing the same welding work every day. It is honest labor and we take it one job at a time.
