Vardhman Fertilizers & Seeds Pvt. Ltd.

We operate out of H.No. 2191 in Sector 21-C. It’s a regular-looking house that we’ve turned into our workspace, so it feels a bit more like a home than an office. At Vardhman Fertilizers & Seeds Pvt. Ltd., the garage is where we keep most of the samples, and there’s a faint smell of earth and chemicals that hits you as soon as you walk in. The living room is where we’ve put the desks, and it gets pretty crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We’ve got an old computer that takes forever to start up, so we usually have a chat while we wait for it to load. The kitchen is mostly used for making endless rounds of tea and storing lunch boxes. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids kick a ball into our yard, and we have to go out and throw it back. It’s a quiet street for the most part, except for when the delivery vans come to pick up the seed packets. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one near the bell. The curtains are a bit faded from the sun, and the carpet has seen better days, but it’s a comfortable place to work. We spend our days tracking orders and talking to farmers on the phone. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a group of us working out of a house in Sector 21-C.
