Universal Cellular Point

Universal Cellular Point is sitting over in Faridabad N I T 33A. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main chowks, but we still get our fair share of visitors. We focus on mobile phones and everything that goes with them. The shop is small and has a bit of an old-school feel to it. We don't spend much on decorations because we’d rather just have the tools we need to fix stuff. You’ll see a lot of spare parts and half-opened phones on the counter most days. It might look like a mess to someone else, but it’s how we work. People from the N I T area come to us when they have a cracked screen or if their battery isn't holding a charge anymore. We tell them straight if it’s worth fixing or if they should just get something new. We aren't here to push anything on anyone. It is just a local business where we know many of our customers by their first names. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if a repair is taking more time than we thought. We don't have a big fancy website or anything; we just rely on people telling their friends about us. Being in 33A means we see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. It feels like we are actually part of the community here. There is always a lot to learn with technology changing so fast.
