Super Screws (P) Ltd is located at Plot No. 30 & 96 in Sector-24. We have two plots here because making screws takes up a surprising amount of room once you get the headers and the threaders running. Sector-24 is a real industrial zone, so it’s always noisy and there’s always a truck blocking the road somewhere. Our place is loud, too. You can’t really avoid the sound of thousands of tiny metal bits hitting the collection bins. It’s a rhythmic noise that you just get used to after a few days. We have a lot of people working the machines, making sure the wire is feeding in right and the dimensions stay where they should. It’s greasy work, and your hands are never really clean by the end of the shift. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just focus on the orders we have on the board for the day. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment needs to go out, and we’ll order some snacks for everyone to keep the energy up. The office part is just a few desks and some old filing cabinets tucked away from the main noise. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and most of our customers are people we’ve known for years. We just keep the machines oiled and the bins moving, trying to stay ahead of the schedule.
