Stylegalli By Shyam Garment is situated at 1 H/60 BP in the NIT area, right by Nehru Ground. If you know the Nehru Ground area, you know it can get really lively with people and local events. Our shop is just a part of that local scene. It’s a basic setup where we keep our garments and do the daily work of running the business. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just the shop floor and some storage in the back. The building has been there for a long time, and so have we. We spend most of our time dealing with the stock and talking to customers who walk in from the NIT streets. Sometimes it's noisy because of the games or gatherings at the ground nearby, but we like the energy. The walls inside are lined with racks, and we try to keep things where we can find them. It’s a bit of a squeeze when a new shipment arrives. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still written down or just remembered. It’s a local business through and through. We know the other shop owners around Nehru Ground well. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening rush is over. It’s just a regular place where we work hard and hope people like what we have. The floor is made of old tile, and we have a big heavy desk where we do all the counting. Every now and then the street outside gets blocked, but we manage.
