Singhs Casting

Singh’s Casting is located right on Dabua Pali Road. If you are coming down toward the 17 No. Chungi, you will find us pretty easily. It is an industrial kind of area, which really suits the type of work we do every day. Casting metal is heavy, physical work and it gets quite warm in the shop, especially during the middle of the afternoon when the sun is hitting the roof. We have been at Plot No. 6 for a long time now. The floor is usually covered in sand and bits of scrap metal, but that is just part of the process. We don't have a big office or a lobby for people to sit in and wait. Most of the time, we are out back near the furnaces or checking the molds for any errors. It is noisy and there is always something moving around. We deal with various types of orders, some small and some quite large, depending on what people need. We just take the drawings or the specs and see what we can produce. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The neighborhood around here is mostly other businesses and workshops. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the trucks coming and going. Sometimes the power acts up or the heat gets to be too much, but we just keep at it. We aren't interested in fancy advertisements. People who need casting work usually find their way to us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign near the Chungi. It is hard work, but we are used to it.
