Our place is at No. 16/7 on Mathura Road, right at the Rajiv Gandhi Chowk. It’s a very prominent location, so we see a lot of people passing by every day. The chowk is always bustling with traffic and commuters, making it one of the liveliest spots in the area. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time. We do a variety of things here, mostly focusing on general supplies and trading. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some old wooden desks and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the day-to-day tasks as they come. Most of the staff have been here for years, so we’re more like a family than a group of employees. We know the tea seller around the corner and the guys at the local petrol pump quite well. Being on Mathura Road means we have easy access to a lot of different parts of the city, which is good for our deliveries. The noise from the intersection can be a bit much sometimes, but you get used to the honking after a while. We aren't a high-pressure environment. We just want to get the orders right and make sure our customers are treated fairly. It’s a simple, honest business and we take pride in just being consistent every day. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if the work isn't finished.
