Shree Bikaner Mishthan Bhandar

We have been here in Ganesh Nagar Complex for some time now. The shop is at Buapur Pandav Nagar B-16, which is easy to find if you know the area. Every morning starts pretty much the same way for us. We open the shutters early, usually before the sun gets too high, and start getting the kitchen ready for the day. It is a lot of work that people do not really see from the outside. There is always cleaning to do and large pots of milk to boil. Being in a place like Pandav Nagar means we see the same faces every single day. It is mostly neighbors and people living nearby who stop in. We are not doing anything fancy or complicated here. It is just a sweet shop where we try to keep things moving. Some days are very busy, especially when there is a festival or some local event going on, and then the whole shop feels a bit crowded and loud. Other days are slower, and we just sit and talk while waiting for the next customer to walk through the door. The building itself is nothing special, just a regular part of the block. We focus on getting the work done. The sweets are made in the back, and we bring them out to the glass counters as they are ready. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected. That is just how the business goes for Shree Bikaner Mishthan Bhandar.
