Shree Balaji Sweets & Caterers

We are over here on Main 30 Foot Road in Vinay Nagar. The shop stays quite busy because of where we are located in Agwaanpur. It is just a regular place where we make sweets and handle catering for people around Faridabad. Most mornings start early with milk being delivered and the stoves getting lit. The smell of sugar and ghee usually fills up the space by seven. We have been in this spot for a while now. The road outside is always dusty and full of traffic, but that is just how it is in this part of town. People stop by on their way home to pick up something small or to talk about a function they are having. Our kitchen in the back is where most of the work happens. It gets hot back there, especially during the summer months. We do not have a fancy setup. It is just a few counters and some big pans. Usually, someone is always stirring a pot or packing boxes. We just try to get the orders right and keep things moving. Sometimes we run out of things faster than expected. The staff here is just a few local guys who know the area well. We like being near the Green Hill area because it feels like a real community. It is not a very quiet street, but we are used to the noise by now. Just a basic shop doing its work every day.
