Our shop is Shop No-127 in the Main Bazaar of Ballabhgarh, out here in Faridabad. We are very close to Agarsen Chowk, which is always crowded with people. This place has been in the family for a long time. It’s a typical bazaar shop, small and packed with items from floor to ceiling. You have to know where everything is or you’ll never find it. We deal with locals mostly, people who have been living in Ballabhgarh for generations. The street outside is narrow and there are always scooters and rickshaws squeezing past each other. It gets very loud during the day, but that’s just how the bazaar is. We open up early in the morning and stay until the lights go out in the market. We don't have a big corporate office or fancy staff, it’s just us behind the counter. Sometimes my son helps out when it's really busy. We sell a variety of things, and people know they can come to us for their regular needs without any fuss. It's an old-fashioned way of doing business where we know most of our customers by their names. The building itself is quite old and has that character you only get with time. We don't do any marketing because everybody around here already knows where we are. We just try to keep the shelves stocked and the prices honest for the neighbors.
