We are located near the mandir in Chaupur Hoj, specifically at 119Na, Jirauli Baijla. It’s easy to find us if you look for Devdatt Sharma’s place. Shakti Farmer Producer Company Limited is a local effort. We are just a group of people who decided that the farmers around here needed a better way to handle their business. Being near the temple means there is always people moving around, which we like. It keeps things lively. Our office isn't much more than a room with some benches and a few ledgers where we keep track of everything. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that's not what the farmers need. They need someone who understands why the crop might be late or why the prices are fluctuating. We talk to everyone who walks through the door. Some days it’s just one person after another, and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the bells from the mandir. We handle the collections and the distribution as best as we can. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when the harvest is in full swing and everyone is in a hurry. We try to stay organized, but in a small village like Jirauli Baijla, things often happen in their own way. We just go with the flow and do our best for the local growers who depend on us.
