Paridhanlok Online

Paridhanlok Online is based out of Sector 49. Even though the name has "online" in it, we still have a physical spot where we manage all the orders and keep our stock. It’s a busy little office and warehouse combo. We spend most of our time clicking through orders on the computer and then running over to the shelves to find the right items. It can get a bit chaotic when a lot of orders come in at once, especially during the holiday seasons. We don’t have a fancy showroom for people to walk through. Instead, there are just lots of boxes and packing tape everywhere. Our team is small, mostly just a few family members and a couple of helpers from the neighborhood. We handle all the packaging ourselves to make sure things don't get damaged in the mail. Sector 49 is a convenient place for us because the couriers come by every afternoon to pick up the day's shipments. We started this because we wanted to reach people further away than just our local street. It’s been a learning curve figuring out the technical side of things, but we manage. We aren't some big tech company with hundreds of employees. We’re just regular people working out of a room in Sector 49, trying to get orders out the door as fast as we can. It’s hard work, but we like seeing the packages ready to go.
