R.S. Associates Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is tucked away at 3-D/55B in the B.P. section of N.I.T. It’s been our home for R.S. Associates Pvt. Ltd. for quite some time now. When you walk in, you’ll see piles of folders and probably hear a few phones ringing. We aren’t a big corporation with hundreds of people; it’s just a smaller team here. We deal with various projects and a lot of paperwork that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The neighborhood is mostly industrial and residential mixed together, so there’s always people moving about. Some of us have been working here since the beginning. We’ve seen the streets change and new buildings go up around us. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve lived in N.I.T. their whole lives. The desks are a bit cluttered, and the tea guy comes by twice a day, which is a highlight for most of us. We focus on the tasks at hand and try not to overcomplicate things. It’s just a standard workplace where we try to stay organized. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a big deadline comes up, but we usually figure it out together. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families at the end of the day. There's always some paperwork waiting for tomorrow.
