Rk Engineering

Rk Engineering is located right on Sarurpur Street No 3, at 48 C. If you walk down the street, you’ll see our shutters up early in the morning. It’s mostly the sound of machines running and the smell of oil and cut metal around here. We do a lot of small parts and repairs. It’s not a clean job, our hands are usually covered in some kind of grease by ten AM. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, you just walk right into the workshop and find one of us near the lathes. The floor is concrete and has seen better days, but it holds up okay. We work on whatever comes through the door, sometimes it’s a big batch of components, other times it’s just someone needing a piece of steel cut to size. We’ve got a few old machines that still work better than the new ones we bought last year. The light in the back of the shop is a bit dim, so we use portable lamps when we’re doing the fine work. It gets loud when everyone is working at once, but that’s just how an engineering shop is. We don't spend much time on the computer, we’d rather be at the bench. It’s just us and the tools, making things work day after day on Street No 3. It's tough work but it keeps us busy and we're used to the noise. We just take it one job at a time.
