Our institution is located on Tigaon Road in Ballabhgarh, very close to the Government Secondary Girls School. It’s a busy area, especially when the school starts or lets out for the day. We have been here for a while and have become a familiar sight on this road. The building is functional and has enough space for our offices and classrooms. We don’t go in for fancy interiors; we prefer to keep things simple and usable. Our staff consists of people from around Faridabad who understand the local needs. We spend a lot of our time dealing with administrative work and meeting with students who are looking for guidance. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s what we do. We have some benches outside where people sit while waiting. The traffic on Tigaon Road can be quite heavy, so there’s a constant hum of engines in the background. We’ve grown used to it over the years. We handle various educational programs and try to keep our records organized. It’s a lot of manual work, filing papers and talking to people one-on-one. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s more like a small group of people working together to keep the place running. People often drop by without an appointment just to ask a question, and we do our best to help them out right then. It is a busy place but we manage to get through it.
