Manav Rachna Educational Institutions

Manav Rachna Educational Institutions is located out at the college campus in Sector 43, right on the edge of Delhi and Faridabad. It’s a big area with a lot of buildings and people walking around all day. Most of us work in the administration or help out with the general upkeep of the place. It gets really hot out here during the summer, and you can see everyone trying to find some shade between the different blocks. The commute is probably the hardest part for most of the staff, especially if you're coming all the way from central Delhi. We see students coming and going at all hours, and there's always something happening, whether it's a small event or just everyone heading to the canteen. We don't really have a polished way of talking about ourselves. We just manage the records, help people find their way around, and make sure the facilities are working. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to parents or students who have questions. The office can get a bit cluttered with files and old registers, but we know where everything is. It’s a busy environment and there is never really a dull moment when the classes are in session. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the wheels turning for everyone who studies and works here. It is a massive place but we manage to keep it running smoothly.
