Our building is nothing special to look at from the outside, just a standard block like the others on the street. Inside, though, we’ve got our machinery running most of the day. It’s dusty and loud, but that’s the reality of what we do. I started this because I’ve always liked seeing how things are built. We have a small crew of guys who have been with me for a long time. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We usually just eat our lunch together on the shop floor. We deal with a lot of local clients across Haryana and sometimes further away. I spend most of my time on the floor rather than in the office. I’d rather be fixing a machine than looking at a screen all day. It’s a practical business for practical people. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. The heat in the summer can be brutal but we just keep the water cold and the machines moving.
