A Leading Placement Agency

We operate out of house number 760 in Parwatya Colony, Phase 1. It’s right there in NIT Faridabad. Since we are in a residential colony, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to a big office park. We run a placement agency here. Basically, we help local folks and people from further away find work. The office is really just a converted part of the house. We have our desks set up and some chairs for when people come by for interviews. It gets a bit busy in the mornings when the neighborhood wakes up. We’ve got stacks of files and a few computers that are always running. It’s just a few of us working here. We spend a lot of time on the phone, calling up different companies to see who they need. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and you can hear them, but we don't mind. It feels like a real part of the community. We don’t use any big fancy software, just regular lists and emails. It’s honest work. People know us in the colony, and they often drop by to ask if we have anything new. We try to be helpful and give them a straight answer. It’s a simple setup in 121005. We just keep things moving and try to help people get a decent job without making it too complicated. There is always a lot to do but we enjoy the local feel of the place.
