You can find Abb Ltd here in Faridabad at A 2436, on the second floor. We’re right opposite Gate No 8 in the Green Fields area. It’s a fairly easy location to point out to people because of the gate. The office itself is up a flight of stairs that are a bit steep. Once you’re inside, it’s just a regular workspace with a bunch of desks and some filing cabinets. We’ve got a window that looks out over the street, which is good for people-watching when we take a minute to breathe. The team here is small, just a few of us handling the local side of things. We don't really have a big corporate feel. It’s more like a group of neighbors working together. We often share snacks and talk about whatever is going on in the area. The paperwork can get a bit overwhelming sometimes, especially at the end of the month, but we just take it one pile at a time. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them done correctly. The power goes out occasionally, which is just part of living in this area, so we have our backup plans ready. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for quite some time now. It’s just what we do here.
