Out here in Baroli, things are a bit more spread out. We are in the Faridabad district, tucked away in the village area. It’s a different vibe than being in the middle of a big city. The air feels a bit different, and there’s more space for the workshop. We make tools and components. It’s dusty work sometimes, and the machines can be quite loud when everything is running at once. We started this place because there was a need for it in this part of Haryana. Most of the guys working here are locals from the village or nearby. We walk to work or take the bus. There’s a lot of metalwork involved, so you’ll see shavings on the floor and oil on our hands. It’s honest work. We don't have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms. We usually just eat together in the shade when it’s hot. The winters in Faridabad get quite cold, so we wrap up well in the mornings. We’ve got a regular set of customers who know where to find us in Baroli. We don't spend money on big signs or ads. Word of mouth is how people hear about us. We just keep our heads down and focus on making sure the tools are right. It’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the power is a bit patchy, but we have a generator for when we really need to get a job finished. It's just a regular part of life here.
