Our place is located at Plot No 281C in Sector 59, which is part of the HSIDC area. It’s a proper industrial zone, so there are factories and workshops everywhere you look. Working at Carbo Gauges India involves a lot of looking at small numbers and making sure things fit right. It’s not the kind of job where you can rush through things. If a gauge isn't reading correctly, then there isn't much point to it. The workshop has that specific smell of metal and coolant that never really goes away, no matter how much you clean. We have our benches set up and the lights stay on late some nights when we have a lot to get through. Most of us have been working with these tools for years, so we know the machines pretty well. It gets hot in the summer, especially with the machinery running, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we send out actually works for the people who buy it. Sometimes people drop by the plot to talk about a specific project or just to see how things are coming along. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice. It can be repetitive, but someone has to do it. We just show up, do the measurements, and try to stay on top of the schedule.
