Shivalik Tools Gauges

You can find us at Plot No. 5 in the SSI area, right on NH 3. We are pretty close to Chimni Bai Dharamshala, which is a landmark most people in the NIT area know about. Our shop focuses on tools and gauges. It’s a dusty part of town, but that is just how industrial areas are. We have been working out of this spot for a long time. People come in when they need a specific tool or if their gauges aren’t reading right anymore. It is just me and a few others here most days. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or advertisements. Usually, someone tells a friend about us and that is how we get our visitors. The traffic on NH 3 can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up before the rush hits. It’s a simple setup. We have shelves full of parts and a couple of workbenches where we check things. Sometimes it’s a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. We like being in NIT because it’s the heart of where things get made in this city. If you’re walking past the dharamshala, you’ll probably see our gate. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around, just one that stays open and helps out when a machine part breaks down or needs measuring. That is the whole story of Shivalik Tools. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in through the door.
