Prabhakar Engginers Work is found at Plot No 4 on Mujessar Road, near Thani More in Faridabad N I T. It’s a busy spot where there’s always a lot of movement on the road outside. Our workshop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but we have everything we need in here. We spend our days working on different engineering projects. There is usually a lot of banging and the sound of metal hitting metal. It’s a loud environment, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't big on formal processes or complicated management structures. It’s usually just a few of us figuring out the best way to get a job done. The walls are covered in old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. There isn't a professional cleaning crew, so we just sweep up the metal shavings at the end of the shift. It’s a bit gritty, but it feels honest. People around Mujessar Road know us as the guys who are always busy with something. Advertising isn't something we spend money on because we’d rather just focus on the task in front of us. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and other days we finish early if things go smooth. It’s a simple life. We like being in this part of Faridabad because it’s where the real work happens every day. It is just how we do things.
