Perfect Recruiters

Our office is actually House No 815 in Sector 8, Faridabad. It’s a house that we’ve turned into a workspace for our recruiting business. It feels a lot different than working in a big glass building. We have different rooms for interviewing people and keeping our files. It’s a bit more personal here. You walk through the gate and up to the door like you’re visiting a neighbor. Sector 8 is a nice part of Faridabad, fairly quiet compared to the industrial zones. Days are spent looking through resumes and talking to people on the phone. The kitchen has been turned into a break room where we keep the tea things. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's someone looking for a job who saw our address. We try to keep things organized, but with all the paperwork involved in hiring, there’s usually a bit of a mess on the desks. There are some plants in the front yard that we try to keep alive. Working from a house makes the long hours feel a little less stressful. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and know the people on our street. It’s a simple, honest way to run a recruiting firm.
