Perfect Bread

We are over in Dabua Colony, specifically at A 1393. This part of Nit Faridabad is quite residential, so we see a lot of families every day. We start our mornings very early, way before the sun comes up, because that is when the work needs to happen. The smell of baking usually fills the air around our block. It is a simple setup we have here. We don't have a big storefront with neon signs. It’s just a place where we make bread. We use the same methods we've used for years. Sometimes the oven acts up, or the flour delivery is late, and we just have to adjust. That is just how life goes in a small production spot. We sell to the local shops and some people stop by the door too. Faridabad can be quite dusty, so we spend a lot of time keeping everything inside clean. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy bags and moving trays around. We aren't trying to be a big commercial brand. We just like making something that people in the colony eat every day. Our address has stayed the same for a long time. People know where to find us if they need a fresh batch. It’s quiet work for the most part, except for the noise of the machines. We like being tucked away in Dabua Colony. It suits us just fine. We don't need a lot of fuss to get through the day. Just flour, water, and heat.
