Partap Singh Crane Service is situated at 3 Sector 24 on Mujessar Road. We are quite close to the Gurudwara, which is a peaceful place compared to our yard. The road can get busy with local traffic, but we manage. We have been in Sector 24 for many years now. It’s a practical location for what we do. Running a crane service isn’t about sitting in an office. Most of my time is spent checking the equipment or driving out to a job site. The machines are old but we keep them running well with a lot of elbow grease. We do our own maintenance mostly because we know these cranes inside and out. It’s a dirty job, and my hands are rarely clean. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past. People in the area know the name and they know where to find us near the Gurudwara. We handle all kinds of lifting, from heavy machinery to smaller loads. Every day is a bit different. One day we might be busy all day, and the next we are just tinkering with an engine in the yard. We don’t make things sound better than they are. It’s just heavy work that needs doing. We try to be fair and just get on with the task at hand. That’s how we’ve always done it here.
