We are known as Action Construction Equipment Limited, specifically Plant II in Faridabad, though if you look at the mailing address, it’s D-321, Pehladpur, New Delhi-110 044. It’s right there on the edge of the border between Delhi and Haryana. This place is a bit more industrial. Being a plant, there’s always something going on. You’ll hear the clanking of metal and the sound of engines quite a bit. It’s a big space because you need room when you’re dealing with the kind of stuff we handle. D-321 is where the real work happens. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning in the main work areas, so it gets pretty sweaty during the summer months. But that’s just part of the job. Most of us have been here for years and we know every corner of the yard. It can be a bit confusing for people visiting the first time because of the Delhi address for a Faridabad plant, but once you get here, it makes sense. We’re not here to give sales pitches. We’re here to make sure the equipment is ready and working. There’s grease on the floors and tools lying around, which is exactly how a plant should look. It’s a loud, busy, and honest place to work.
