Action Construction Equipment Ltd is based at B-74, Tirakha Colony, which is quite close to Sector-3 in Faridabad. We’re specifically in the Ballabgarh area. This part of Faridabad is very industrial and focused on manufacturing. Our site at B-74 is where we manage a lot of the heavy lifting. The colony itself has a lot of small businesses and workshops, so we fit right in with the local crowd. It’s a practical place to be. We’ve got a big gate and enough space for some of the smaller machines to be moved around. The air is often filled with the smell of diesel and the sound of welding or metal being moved. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear your best clothes. We’re usually in our rugged gear because there’s always something that needs to be checked or loaded. We don't have a big corporate mission statement on the wall. We just have a whiteboard with a list of tasks for the week. The guys here have been working with construction equipment for a long time, so they know what they’re doing. It’s a bit rough around the edges, maybe the office chair squeaks and the desk is cluttered with old manuals, but it’s a real working environment. We’re here every day, just doing what we know how to do, which is keeping the equipment side of construction moving forward in Ballabgarh. It's just simple, honest work.
