P. V. S. Engineering Works

We're tucked away in Gali No. 21 over in Bhikam Colony. If you know where Rajput Cycle Works is on Tigaon Road, we are right across from them. Our shop at M.C.F. B-96 is where we spend all our time. It's an engineering workshop, so there is always grease and the smell of metal in the air. We've been at this for some years. It isn't a fancy setup. We just have our machines and a few benches. People from around the colony come by when they have something broken or need a part made up. We don't do much advertising because word gets around well enough. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with deliveries, but we manage. My brother and I started this because we liked working with our hands. It's noisy and can be pretty dusty, especially in the summer months. We keep the doors open to get a breeze. P. V. S. Engineering Works isn't a big corporation, just a local spot where things get fixed or built. We have our regular customers who've been coming since we opened. We just try to do a solid job on whatever is on the bench that day. If you need to find us, just look for the cycle shop and turn into the lane. We are usually there from morning until late evening. The neighborhood has changed some since we started, but our corner stays about the same. We keep the machines oiled and the floor swept when we have a spare minute.
