Oya Associates

Oya Associates is located in Modi Nagar, right in the Lower Bazar area. Being in a bazaar means it is almost never quiet outside. There are always people shouting, vehicles honking, and the general noise of a busy market. Our office is a small space where we handle all our associate work. It is filled with files, ledgers, and a few old desks that have been here since we started. We do not have any modern decor or anything like that. It is just a place to sit down and work on the papers that come across our desks. Usually, there is a bit of dust because of the location, but we do our best to keep things tidy enough. People come in from the market to ask us for help with various things, and we just do what we can. It is a very local kind of business. We know the other shopkeepers around here, and we often get our tea from the stall just down the street. The days can be long, especially when it is busy season, but we just take things one step at a time. It is not a glamorous job, but it is steady and we have built a life here in the bazaar. We do not need a big sign or marketing to let people know we are here; our presence in the market is enough for people to know we are open for work.
