We are over in Sector 28 of Faridabad, specifically at House Number 431. This is a residential area that has grown quite a bit over the years, and it serves as a good base for our strategic management work. Being in Haryana, we are close enough to Delhi but far enough to avoid some of the extreme chaos of the capital. The office is really just a converted part of the building, so it feels very much like a home. We have set up some large tables and have plenty of space for the books and files we use. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is helpful when we are trying to think through difficult problems for the businesses we help. It is not a flashy corporate office with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, one of us just opens the door when someone knocks. We drink a lot of water and tea while we work through the data and the plans. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the windows. It makes the whole work day feel a lot more grounded and real. We chose this spot because it was convenient and didn't require us to deal with a big commercial complex. It’s just a straightforward place where we get our thinking done. There are no corporate slogans on the walls, just a calendar and some notes we have pinned up.
