You can find Northstone Fashions Private Limited at House Number 102 in Sector 49. We are in Sainik Colony in Faridabad. It’s a pretty well-known part of Haryana. Our setup is simple. We use a part of the building to manage our fashion business. It isn't a store with a big sign out front. It’s more of a hub for us to coordinate everything. We spend our mornings checking emails and talking to the people who make the clothes. In the afternoons, we usually spend time looking at the quality of the items that arrived. If something isn't right, we have to fix it. That's just the daily grind. The area here is quite nice and usually quiet compared to the main roads. We like being in Sainik Colony because it feels more like a community. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. Sometimes we have lunch together in the back room. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything fancy. We just want to make sure the fashion items we handle are good enough for people to wear for a long time. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking. We try to be careful with the details. It gets busy during the festive seasons and we end up working through the weekends. It’s just how the clothing business goes. We are just regular people working hard.
