No Company

At 2297 Sector 16 in Faridabad, things are pretty low-key. We are in a residential-style area of Haryana, so it doesn't feel like a cold business district. We call ourselves No Company because we never bothered to come up with a catchy name or a logo. We are just people working from a specific address. The house is sturdy and has been here for years. We use a couple of the rooms for our daily tasks. It’s nice because we have a small kitchen area where we can make tea or heat up lunch. Sector 16 is a decent place to be, and we have everything we need nearby. We don't have corporate policies or human resources departments. If there’s a problem, we just talk about it and fix it. Our desks are a bit mismatched and the chairs aren't the expensive ergonomic kind, but they work well enough. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away. It’s a quiet existence compared to the big offices in Gurgaon or Delhi. We like that we can just be ourselves here. There is no dress code; we just wear what’s comfortable. We don't have a website with big promises. We just have this address and our daily routine. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do, and it keeps our feet on the ground. It is just a normal life without any extra bells and whistles.
