Our main office is over at 2J/112 in N.I.T. Faridabad. Being in Haryana gives us a bit of a different perspective than if we were right in the middle of Delhi. The office is in a busy part of the city, and we’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers all know us. It’s a practical space where we manage the various aspects of the hotel business. We don't have a grand lobby here like the hotels do. Instead, it’s just a set of rooms with desks, computers, and a lot of ringing phones. We spend our time coordinating with the different properties, checking on supplies, and making sure the staffing is where it needs to be. It can get a bit chaotic when there’s a big event coming up at one of the locations, but we usually manage to keep things under control. The building itself is older, but it serves our purpose well. We have a small kitchen where we make tea for the staff and anyone who drops by for a meeting. Most of the people working here live nearby in Faridabad, so there’s a real local feel to the place. We aren't trying to be a big corporate headquarters; we just need a place to sit and work through the daily tasks of running hotels. It’s about managing the details and making sure everything is ready for the guests, even if our own office is a bit cluttered.
