Plot No. 8, Sector-24 in N.I.T. is where you will find Natasha Engineers Pvt. Ltd. This area is known for its many industries, and our workshop fits right in with the rest of the places here. We handle various engineering projects and fabrication tasks. Most of our days are spent looking at drawings or working directly on the machines. It’s a practical environment where we don't worry much about office decor or having polished floors. The focus is always on the metal and the machines themselves. Sometimes we are busy with one big project for weeks, and other times we have several small jobs running at once. It gets quite loud when all the machines are running, so we usually have to shout to hear each other over the noise. We’ve been at this location for a while now and most of the neighbors know our face. The staff here is a mix of older experienced guys and some younger ones who are still learning the ropes. We don't have a big corporate structure or managers for everything; we just decide what needs to be done each morning and get to it.
