We are located at House Number 262 in Sector 16, Faridabad. It’s a residential area that doubles as our workspace. Faridabad is a tough, industrial city, and being in Haryana, we get the extreme summers and the cold winters. Kanchan International has been running from this house for quite some time. It’s not a big factory or a glass tower, just a regular building where we’ve set up our desks. We deal with international trade, which means we are often awake at odd hours to talk to people in different time zones. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice when we have a lot of work to focus on. We don't have any flashy signs outside. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves full of files and computers that never seem to turn off. Our staff is local, and we usually have lunch together in the small kitchen area. Sometimes the courier guys have trouble finding the house number because the streets in Sector 16 can be a bit confusing. We handle everything from here—orders, shipping, and all the back-and-forth emails. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We aren't interested in looking bigger than we are. We just want to get the shipping done on time and make sure the paperwork is correct. It’s a steady life in a busy town, and we like the simplicity of it.
