To get to us, you have to head out toward Gonchhi Village on the Sarurpur Road in the NIT area of Faridabad. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, and the roads can get pretty bumpy after the monsoon rains. We make stuff for houses here, mostly practical things that people use every day. The factory floor is always busy with people moving boxes and checking the machines. It’s not a high-tech facility with robots or anything; it’s mostly just folks who know how to handle the tools. We’ve got a small office near the entrance where we keep the ledgers and the phone. The phone rings a lot, usually people checking on their deliveries. Since we're near the village, we sometimes have cows or goats wandering near the gate, which is just part of the scenery around here. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or marketing. Most of our work comes from people who have known the Jindal name for a long time. We have lunch together in a small break area, usually bringing food from home in tiffin carriers. It’s a simple environment. We focus on getting the products out the door so they can get to the shops. It’s noisy and dusty, but we've been doing this for years and we know the rhythm of the place. Even when things get hectic, we just take it one order at a time and keep moving forward.
