Micro Weigh Engineers & Technologies

Micro Weigh Engineers & Technologies is located out on the Dabua-Pali Road in the Bajrhi Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes, especially with the heavy vehicles that use this road, but it’s a good spot for what we do. We deal with weighing equipment and various bits of technology, but our actual workspace is pretty down-to-earth. You won’t find any marble floors or air-conditioned lobbies here. Instead, there’s a lot of benches covered in small parts, wires, and calibration tools. We spend a lot of time squinting at displays and making sure everything balances out correctly. Accuracy matters a lot in this line of work, but we talk about it in simple terms, not like a textbook. The neighbors in the industrial area are mostly workshops and small plants, so there’s a real sense of community when someone needs to borrow a tool or some extra hands. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, chatting over a quick snack from the local vendor. We handle the paperwork on a cluttered desk in the corner when we have to, but we’d much rather be working on the machines themselves. It’s a quiet kind of busy. People bring in scales that have been knocked around in factories, and we do what we can to get them back to normal. It’s just us, doing the work day in and day out on the road.
