We’ve been working out of this spot in N.I.T. Faridabad for a while now. Most people around here know where 5A/30/A is, right in the heart of the industrial area. As Metso Mineral India Pvt Ltd, we handle mineral-related work, mostly dealing with heavy machinery and parts that the local industries need. It gets pretty busy during the day with trucks moving in and out, but we manage to keep things organized. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical place where we get the paperwork done and meet with people who stop by. We have a small crew here, mostly guys who have been in the business for years and know exactly how the equipment works. Haryana has changed a lot since we started, but our daily routine stays pretty much the same. We start early, check the inventory, and make sure the orders are ready to go out. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually grab a cup of tea without being interrupted. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our sign while driving through N.I.T. It’s just a straightforward operation where we focus on the job at hand. If someone needs a specific part or some advice on their setup, they just walk in and ask. That's how we've always done it here in Faridabad. It's dusty and loud sometimes, but it's home to us.
