Mdg Associates Private Limited is located over at 1F 74 in the NIT area of Faridabad. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or anything. Most of the time we are just busy keeping up with the deadlines. Haryana can get really hot in the summer, so our old air conditioner works pretty hard most days. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a long time. We know each other's families and how everyone likes their coffee. It makes the day go by a bit easier. The NIT area is always buzzing with people and bikes, so there is never a dull moment outside the door. We handle a lot of the back-office stuff that people usually find boring, but it’s what we are good at. We’ve had a few times where we stayed late into the night just to finish up a project. It wasn't fun at the time, but looking back, it's how we grew. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us at 1F 74, doing what needs to be done. The building itself is nothing special to look at, but it's where we’ve built everything from the ground up. We just keep our heads down and work. We have a small bookshelf with old manuals and coffee mugs that have been here for many years.
