We are located at 533 in Sector 8, Faridabad. It’s a more relaxed area compared to the big cities nearby. The building is a standard house that we’ve converted for Mckinsey Company’s use. We have the ground floor mostly. It’s nice because we can see the street from the front door. There’s a small garden area that we don't take very good care of, but it’s there. Inside, we have a few rooms set up with computers and cabinets. It feels more like a house than a workplace, which suits us fine. We don't wear formal clothes unless there is a specific reason. Usually, it’s just jeans and shirts. The internet can be slow when it rains, so we end up waiting around a bit. We get our supplies from the local market in Sector 8. It’s a short drive away. Most of the people working here live nearby, so nobody has a long commute. That’s a big plus. We handle the mail, the accounts, and whatever else comes up during the week. On Saturdays, we usually finish up early. It’s a steady kind of life here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just focus on the lists and the files that need finishing. It’s a plain, honest way to spend the day. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that’s our main break. It is just a group of us getting things done.
