Mahinder Confectionary

I’ve been running Mahinder Confectionary on the Main Road in Anangpur for quite some time now. We are located at Shop No-5, just a short walk from the Bikaner shop. It’s a small place, mostly filled with jars of sweets, packets of chips, and bottled drinks. Kids from around Faridabad stop by often on their way home from school. I keep the glass jars on the front counter filled with different toffees. The shelves are a bit crowded because I try to fit in as many types of biscuits as possible. It isn't a high-end bakery, just a local spot for snacks and small treats. Sometimes the fridge for the cold drinks acts up in the summer, but I get it fixed pretty quick. I usually sit on a small stool near the entrance so I can see everyone coming in from the street. The noise from the main road is constant, but it’s part of the job. My wife helps me out during the busy afternoon hours when things get a bit chaotic with many customers. We don't have any big signs or bright lights, just the usual setup for a neighborhood confectionery. It’s a lot of long hours, but I like being part of the community here. Most people just come in for a quick item and a bit of chat. It’s a simple business, nothing more, nothing less.
