Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd is located in Block 19, Plot No 1 of the Spring Field Colony in Sector 31, Faridabad. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to some of the busier parts of the city. We’ve set up our management consulting operations here, and it’s been our base for quite some time now. Most of our work involves sorting through resumes and trying to figure out which candidates fit the roles we’re looking to fill. It’s a lot of coordination and follow-ups. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a practical space where we can get things done. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be something we’re not. It’s just a group of us working through the daily tasks that come with managing staff and consulting for local firms. Sometimes the power goes out, or the water cooler needs fixing, which are just the little things you deal with in an office like this. We like being in Spring Field Colony because it’s a bit more relaxed. We don’t have a big corporate manual or anything like that; we just use our common sense to help the people who reach out to us. We’re just here to do the job as best as we can, one day at a time, without any fancy talk.
