M S Reed Medway Packaging Co Of India Private Limited is located at House No 1551 9. It’s an older building, but it serves us well enough. We do packaging work here. It’s a lot of machines running and the smell of cardboard and materials. Some of us have been here since we were young. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just the name and the work we do. Every morning we open up, check the machines, and start the day's run. It’s noisy, but it’s a good kind of noise. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office. Most of the space is taken up by the stuff we’re shipping out. We deal with all sorts of orders, some big and some small. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. If something breaks, we grab a wrench and fix it. If someone is out sick, someone else steps in. It’s just how things go. We’ve stayed at this address for a long time. People know where to find us. We don't go out looking for praise. We just want the packaging to be solid so the goods inside stay safe. It’s a simple goal, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we work late if a big order comes in. We just handle the business and go home.
