M S Rampal Company

Our spot is at 2C 19 in the NIT area of Faridabad. It is an older part of town where a lot of businesses have been sitting for decades. M S Rampal Company is basically just a local operation that deals with whatever comes our way during the work week. The streets around here can get pretty dusty with all the trucks moving in and out of the industrial zones, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our time in the office or checking on things around the shop floor. It is not a shiny new building with glass walls, it is just a solid place where we can do our work in peace. My father started things around here and now we just keep the wheels turning. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that because most people just find us by word of mouth or by walking past the gate. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It is just how things go in this part of Faridabad. We handle our own paperwork and talk to customers directly on the phone. There is always something to fix or a ledger to update. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a decent job for the folks who hire us and make sure the bills are paid at the end of every month.
