We are based over in Faridabad at B 43, on the 2nd Floor along Karan Marg in Green Fields Colony. It’s a decent enough spot, 121003 for the post. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a breeze if we leave the windows open, though the dust from the road usually makes us keep them shut. Lea Associates South Asia Pvt Ltd uses this space as our main hub for this area. Green Fields is a residential kind of place, so it isn't as loud as being right in the middle of a commercial district. We have the usual office stuff—a few printers that jam sometimes, some old filing cabinets, and desks that have seen better days. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, so you definitely get your exercise for the day coming in and out. Most of us commute in, so the morning chat is usually about the traffic on the way here. It’s a practical workspace without any of the bells and whistles you see in those new corporate buildings. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep things organized. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to make too much noise in the evenings when we are finishing up. It’s a straightforward setup for us, just a place to get the daily tasks done and go home when the work is finished.
